Rates shown are our resale rates and can change if our AI providers change theirs. Two calls or chats of the same length can cost slightly different amounts because the AI does more thinking on harder conversations. Phone minutes and text messages are always billed separately from AI: emails are $0.0014 each, texts are $0.0166 per segment, outbound calls are $0.028 a minute, and inbound calls are $0.017 a minute.

Hey there, Greg here. A few people have asked how the extra usage fees inside the platform work, and the best way to think about it is like a car. The plan is the car payment, it is the same every month. The usage fees are the gas, you only pay for what you actually drive.
Sending a text, sending an email, or having the AI answer a call each uses a tiny bit of gas, a fraction of a cent to a few cents at a time. You are never charged for the tools sitting there unused, only for the work they do.
It all runs through your Business Wallet. We load a small starting balance, usage draws it down, and when it runs low your card tops it up automatically so nothing ever stops mid job. Every charge is itemized in your dashboard, so you can see exactly where every penny went.
